Hello, I wanted to check on the status of commons-logging. It hasn't been updated since 2014 and it doesn't seem to be much used these days. However, it does show up in multiple projects' dependency trees, and there is activity in the github repo.
Is a new release anticipated? If so, any ideas what version number it will have and what minimum version of Java it will require?
