I rarely ever test the snapshots this way before a release. I test building the jar myself from the tag or commit, inspect the archives, and check the reports. For [imaging] and [lang] and [text] I have tested snapshots locally in Eclipse + Maven to test in some project I wad working on. You should be able to grab the jar, check signatures, and add with system scope in maven. Then test some existing code using the new version if you'd like. Hope that helpsBruno Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Tue, 1 Sep 2020 at 19:50, Xeno Amess<xenoam...@gmail.com> wrote: re-ask: Is there a way for maven to use the jar in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/commons/codec/1.15-RC1 as dependency?
