Hi. Is there a JIRA report associated with the proposal?
It would help review if there were several PRs that
differentiates between "core" functionality ("BloomFilter"),
with minimal API (vs "syntactic sugar"), and higher-level
utilities ("FilterConfiguration", "GatedCollection", etc.).
