Hi Nicola,

There is no roadmap or schedule. We have a smallish set of changes stacked
up so I could see doing a release within a month. I need to get a new
release of Commons Config and BCEL out first though.

Please feel free to review open JIRAs and PRs on GitHub if you want to help
make 3.10 better :-)
