Not really, as github did, open CI will also (letting users customize the
build for their PR), we will need to tackle that at some point so we need
to evolve too even if we must ensure we dont lock ourselves to
anything/anyone, I agree. (but for most commons projects travis, circleci,
github actions etc are just 5mn of work so no real lock in, it is different
for big projects with builds != 1 command).
