I cloned the repository, but the build instructions require me to get an apache
account and sign an ICLA. I ran $mvn package and encountered the errors
accompanied by the screenshots on the bottom.

I would love to contribute to the project in any means possible, but, my given
skill set and amiability for mathematical phenomena affirms my belief that I
