The build should work and those are minor
changes to the RELEASE-NOTES.txt
Are we looking for more changes from master?
Nothing urgent, but an additional of a few hours won't matter
either, I guess.
And if the release plugin is polished, we may also release
1.1 at any time, and RERO, even with few changes.
