    I'm not 100% sure how/if Windows deals with percent encoded hostnames or 
hostnames using non-ASCII characters. Maybe anybody with deeper Windows 
knowledge can chime in.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

IO-559_validate_hostname_of_unc_paths_in_normalize
