Me too! This seems to be a new feature of Thunderbird which came in on a recent update. In addition to the "Reply" button I always used to press there is a new "Reply to list" button. Obviously, one must use the latter one. However, I keep using "Reply" and then wonder why my mail does not show up on the list.
