Hi. Is there a caveat or objection to upgrading the CM dependency on Commons RNG to version 1.1-SNAPSHOT on the "master" branch? [Rationale is that it is highly unlikely that CM 4.0 will be released before Commons RNG 1.1, and the change will entail some minor adjustments in CM (cf. issues opened yesterday) that can be fixed now.]
