[math] Should this throw a NO_DATA exception?

        Iterator<Entry> it = iterator();
        while (it.hasNext()) {
            final Entry e = it.next();
            norm = FastMath.max(norm, FastMath.abs(e.getValue()));
        }
        return norm;
