[VFS] cpio

[Schalk Cronjé]

Would anyone fancy backporting this cpio-provider 
(https://github.com/ysb33r/groovy-vfs/tree/development/cpio-provider) 
into Java and adding it to VFS?

I pretty much wrote it based upon the Tar provider.
