Finally found time to do this. All the source files under
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/math/ are now located at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/_moved_to_git/math/ leaving only the file https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/math/MathNowUsesGit.txt Similarly for Commons Lang. The _moved_to_git directory tree is read-only (except as needed when moving components).
