Hello.The class "o.a.c.m.analysis.interpolation.SmoothingPolynomialBicubicSplineInterpolator" breaks binary compatibility due to the replacement of "BicubicSplineInterpolator" by
"PiecewiseBicubicSplineInterpolator". It must be fixed before releasing 3.4.
