IMOH we currently have three approaches: 1. don't care about this and just publish the SNAPSHOT web site 2. create a branch from the release tag (proposal by sebb, this is the way meter does it) 3. archive site of past releases
I prefer 3, since users can compare releases without having to download and build the sources. But it will make our release process a bit more complicated, since you have to upload the release site to a directory and add the links to the navi. WDYT?
