This test is failing quite frequently since a few days. The
TravellingSalesmanSolver class creates a Well44497b random generator
but
does not allow to set the seed, it always use current time for the
seed.
Would it be possible to have user specify a seed and make sure the
test
initializes it?
I'm working on this.
