Hi Commons Net devs. Not sure whether anyone is interested, but I've developed
(hacked?) Telnet SSL support into TelnetClient (i.e. TelnetSClient), and am
happy to provide it if anyone is interested in considering including it in
Commons Net. (Or if anyone just wants it standalone/as-is).

TelnetSClient is not production-ready, as there are some design issues in
TelnetClient I had to work around that are probably best solved by someone who
knows the existing code (better than I), but it works pretty well, and the
changes to existing code are minimal. Oh, and it's only been tested with
Ubuntu telnetd-ssl, so will need more test coverage if other implementations
are available out there. I expect it's a pretty fringe thing, so no idea how
widely it might be used. I'm not even sure I'm going to use it anytime soon,
but needed it just in case.

If anyone is interested, I'll write-up the changes/issues, and include
diffs/patches from 3.3, the base I used. Just PM me if so.

Thanks...
