That's what I thought after looking at the SVN, JIRA and ML activity, but it is 
good to get confirmation from one of the individuals doing the work.

I've been following on Legal discuss and I saw the issue referenced in SVN 
commit messages so I wanted to ask.

Thanks, I feel that we are safe to use it in our project. Especially since 
there will likely be a release long before we get to production.
