Commons uses ezmlm [1] for managing mailing lists. So all the commands for ezmlm work. Try sending a mail to <dev-i...@commons.apache.org<commits-i...@commons.apache.org>> and/or <dev-...@commons.apache.org <commits-...@commons.apache.org>>.
