It seems continuum tried to build just during the few minutes the
version was set to 3.2 (for doing the tag). The tag was revert to
3.2-SNPASHOT, but conitnuum was already running.


This never happened when I followed the "release recipe" under
"doc/release/".
Of course, it would be nice to update it as necessary to reflect the
changes
due to "svnpubsub".


The creation of the tag is not affected by svnpubsub, as it comes some
while before publication.


I did not mean it would.
I just indicated that the step-by-step recipe that worked well for 3 releases should be updated so that it remains "release-newbie"-proof from beginning to
end.
