You can always revert problem commits ;) I refrained from removing the JDBC markers in case there were objections. If none appear before, I'll probably do that some time next week. Fixing the various generics warnings is also on the TODO list as well as looking at the open Jira issues. We could also add the JDBC 4.1 methods to DBCP1 but I'm not sure I like the idea of three builds for that version.
