In that case the release vote is not valid. Another PMC member vote is required 
ASAP or the release needs to be withdrawn.

On a separate note, where is Thomas listed as a PMC member or were the votes 
not validated? Do the release instructions need to be updated to make clear(er) 
that voters must be checked against the current list of PMC members?
