My recommendation is to write it. This is a pretty simple thing to implement except for a few presentation level details like the naming of the independent variables.
If you write it well with test cases, then it will fit your needs and is likely to be adopted and maintained by the Apache community. If you wait for others to write it, then you could wait for an indeterminate period.
