Something went wrong with the build.

The source files in the archive do not agree with the SVN tag.

For example, BinaryDecoder.java:

Zip: * @version $Id: BinaryDecoder.java 1173287 2011-09-20 18:16:19Z ggregory $
SVN: * @version $Id: BinaryDecoder.java 1157192 2011-08-12 17:27:38Z ggregory $

It looks like the release was not built from the correct workspace.

No need to recreate the tag, however please rebuild from a fresh
checkout of the tag.

And please include the SHA1 or MD5 checksums in the VOTE e-mail so we
know which version of the build is being voted on.
