Just to remind folks around here that seem to forget from time to time: releases may *never* be vetoed. A release needs: - 3 or more binding (PMC) +1 votes - more binding +1 votes than binding -1 votes While a vote of 5 x +1 and 4 x -1 is almost certainly a sign that something is badly broken and needs fixing, if the release manager so desired, they would be free to release.
