:)

Hi, Simo. At one time I wanted to incubate
http://morph.sourceforge.net/ @ Commons. Then [convert] seemed to
start to take off again, though not necessarily in a direction I fully
approved. Next I decided Morph needed a rewrite with generics, but
never got around to starting on the job. More recently I've been
working been JSF and Unified EL and thought that the ubiquity of the
UEL APIs might make it a natural transition for users to an object
transformation (conversion for simplicity, but also supporting copy
operations) API that was structured similarly to that of the UEL, and
most likely incorporating it directly for the simple coercions it
supports, plus its basic reflection-like capabilities. I had hoped to
be able to start working on this in the near future, borrowing ideas
if not code from Morph along the way. I'm sure you of all people are
acutely aware of how quickly I get around to working on stuff,
however... :(
