HI All: I do not understand the general reluctance to reuse code in a clean way through jars, especially in this case for tests.
I shake my head every time I open the search type dialog in Eclipse for my (larger) work projects and see a dozen StringUtils classes (half of them in org.apache). I understand that each project is independent and so on, but my hope is that [commons] as one project could at least eat its own dog food.
