If I say: "mvn package gpg:sign" it works.
If I say: "mvn package gpg:sign -Papache-release" it hangs.

At this point, I'd rather change the "release" profile in commons-parent to
generate the test-jar instead of fiddling with this profile no uses in
commons for releases.
