StringUtils is ready now I believe. The 7 methods on the end have now been moved to the resurrected CharSequenceUtils class. It only has 1 public class, but I think the other methods can be added over time. Not something to block 3.0 on, but they seem useful [in that they've been useful for StringUtils already].
