IMO this is too much of a mouth full and completely unnecessary. We already have a trademark statement at the bottom of every page with the new commons skin. Lets not clutter up our pages with more. I don't like the ASF's new aggressive policy on trademarks - but as long we have the minimum to satisfy it, then lets not waste peoples time getting them to make unnecessary changes like this.
