Thank you for the quick feedback.

I had updated the KEYS file in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/trunks-proper/ but not copied it to
people.apache.org:/www/www.apache.org/dist/commons which I now see mentioned
here http://commons.apache.org/releases/prepare.html

I used:

scp KEYS people.apache.org:/www/www.apache.org/dist/commons

but I do not see this reflected on the web yet. A cat of /x1/www/
www.apache.org/content/dist/commons/KEYS shows me that my update is there.

Otherwise seems OK
