(See the section labeled "# Chicanery to get only the userguide in the site"). I don't think its possible to get maven to do that part directly. I would recommend going back to using the script to generate the actual release distros and if you want to use nexus for the maven stuff, do a separate deploy somehow to get that done. Then point the vote to the tars / zips (what actually *is* the release) in your home and the maven stuff in nexus.
