I am not voting on this one, just fyi: I build OK with: Apache Maven 2.2.1 (r801777; 2009-08-06 15:16:01-0400) Java version: 1.6.0_23 Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_23\jre Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: Cp1252 OS name: "windows vista" version: "6.0" arch: "amd64" Family: "windows"
The only wrinkle is this error: [ERROR] ResourceManager : unable to find resource 'VM_global_library.vm' in any resource loader. [INFO] Velocimacro : error using VM library template VM_global_library.vm : org.apache.velocity.exception.ResourceNotFoundException: Unable to find resource 'VM_global_librar y.vm' As we know the build does not run on Maven 3. See the [codec] POM for an example on getting a POM to work on both M2 and M3.
