Hello guys, In the clirr report of 2.2 version is mentioned that class 'org.apache.commons.math.exception.util.LocalizedFormats' has been added... However in the javadoc of the very same class is stated: "@since 2.1"... Please have a look at this issue so as to be confirmed that it is(n't) a bug... Thanks for your time!
