Tested maven build under JDK 1.4 and 1.6 under Windows 7. Artifacts and
site look good.
I agree that the heading "TASKS IN 2.6" in the release notes is
misleading, but this is not a blocker.
So +1.

The site is only for reference, since what we deploy will be from the
trunk. However, if the vote passes, I will update the trunk with the
details of the 2.6 release and deploy the Javdocs when I complete the
release tasks.
