Hi all guys,
just to give a small recap:

 * commons-discover, suggested by Jorg, is a totally different stuff,
implementing the SPI discovery;
 * scannotation, suggested by James, is cool, btw supports a limited
subset of the proposed functionalities.

I'm still convinced that together we could realize something light yet
powerful and that existing projects shouldn't be an issue for our
wishes to create hight-quality-reusable-apache-branded components. I
hope you've the same vision too! :)
Henri, WDYT?
Have a nice day, all the best,
Simo
