I noticed this problem with BSF and HttpComponents. There are two delays at work here:
1) Nexus promotion/release is asynchronous. When it says "release successful" it actually means "successfully scheduled for release". It may take a short while for the staging repo to change to released. Or if there are permission problems (as it was with HC for a while) it may never happen... 2) Maven repo synchronisation. I saw the same problem with BSF - only some of the files were copied initially, it took some hours for the whole set to appear.
