Checked in.
I initially tried to create xdoc versions of the demo html pages. The
problem I encountered was that double-quote characters in script tags
were URL entity-encoded in the resulting XHTML code. There was already a
bug filed about this: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DOXIA-154
Apparently the issue was fixed in 2007, but I was still encountering it,
so I gave up on it.
Later on, to work around other bugs in the site plugin, I started using
version 2.1.1, as opposed to 2.0.1, as specified in the commons parent
pom. So, I'll try inline scripts again and see if it resolves the issue.

Hi Rahul
I forgot the demos had dependencies on test/. I've uploaded it, and the
demos should now work.

Yup, please svn ci any changes.
Not urgent, but it'll be good to minimally have back pointers from the
demo pages to the scxml-js home page and the Commons home page. I'm
interested in how these pages work out with the site theme, I'll try
some experiments locally first when I get a chance.

Hi,
Just to let you know, I've added more content to the scxml-js website,
including demos, implementation status, and a user guide. Feedback would
be
appreciated,

Looks good, particularly the live demos and the status page [1] are
quite useful. The status page idea is something the other sibling
projects i.e. [scxml-eclipse] and [scxml], could use as well.
When you get a chance, please check all the live demos. There sandbox
demo seems to be missing the kitchen sink SCXML resource, for example
(note 404 in input textarea):
http://commons.apache.org/sandbox/gsoc/2010/scxml-js/scxml-js/demo/sandbox/sandbox.html
Same may be true for the layout demo.
