Hi. I propose to create the "exception.util" package where I would store the "MessageFactory" class (currently in the "exception" package). In there I'd also create a new "ArgUtils" (better name?) class which would contain "utilities" (namely the method "flatten" currently in the "MathIllegalArgumentException" class). Objections?
