Sorry for the second vote again so soon. I deleted too many of the distributionManagement overrides when creating version 16. This version restores the two overrides that were OK to keep, and restores the "ci" profile. ["ci" was deleted because it became redundant when its distributionManagement entry was deleted; the entry has been restored.]
