The DOMTraversal related interfaces are part of the "normal" xml-apis
jar so in theory they should be there.

We are probably running into classloader issues where the xml-apis.jar
should have been used via the "endorsed standards" mechanism to be fully
visible - I have no idea how to achieve that using mvn.
