One of the benefits of having an m2 site using the Commons
site-related support is that we get a number of reports generated
easily.

For example, RAT (Release Audit Tool) reports show which files are
missing license headers. See reports for scxml-js [1] and
scxml-eclipse [2] respectively.

It'd be good to add ALv2 headers where missing and appropriate (any
file you authored must have a header, unless its trivial or a test
case that may not function due to the presence of a header) -- more
related details here [3] (particularly, the FAQ on that page may help)
or just ask here as needed.
