Several commons components had m1 releases in the m1 repo get metadata generated and pushed to http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/. When we cut the first m2 releases to m1-ibiblio-rsynch, the metadata is losing all but the last release. You can see that in http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/commons-cli/commons-cli/ and http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/commons-cli/commons-cli/. I am fairly certain these two were cut using the release plugin. I guess the problem is that in the target, m2-ibiblio-rsynch, the earlier releases aren't there. Other than editing the metadata manually, is there anything we can do to prevent this happening?
