Hi folks, not sure what to do here - Corey Scott is involved with commons-email for ages and sent in a lot of patches over the years. IMHO that would qualify him as committer but he has no other Apache Commons involvement as far as I know.
So the question is "does a long standing commitment for a single commons subproject qualify as Apache Commons committer?"
