I built and installed into my local Maven repository a commons-cli-1.2.jar from my Git clone of the Subversion repository fully updated. So I am not using the RC specifically but I think it must be equivalent. Groovy builds fine, the tests pass (*) and it seems to work OK (quick and dirty test).
