I just submitted a big patch to DbUtils to update the API to use Java 5
features (generics, varargs).

There really aren't very many bugs left in this project; almost all of
them have patches attached. I think it wouldn't be much work for somebody
(I'm volunteering) to close them all out and release DbUtils 1.2.
All I'd need is the right to close bugs in JIRA and some check-in rights;
even sandbox access would be fine (I'm a registered Apache committer).
May I volunteer?
