Personally, I am more interested in the 1.3 release than any further 1.2.3 releases. I am going to press on with the 1.3 changes in trunk on the assumption that a 1.2 release branch will be created from an appropriate svn revision if required. Let me know if this is the wrong thing to do. I don't want to step on anyones toes.
