Also, the docs/ directory contains release-notes-1.1.html and 1.2.html
- however neither seems to be linked from anywhere, and there are no
corresponding files for 1.3 and 1.4.

release-plan.html does not seem to be referenced either.

team-list.html could/should show ASF for all committers?
Not sure if the TZ and time columns are useful.
