I think the issue is that the nightlies aren't updated to handle the svn migration yet. So it's building the old stuff again and again. That's easy (ish) to fix, but Brett/Phil were talking about us moving to Continuum so maybe we should just turn these nightlies off rather than svn switch the checkouts.
