Hmph, I'd never seen this, and obviously on looking
into the PROPOSAL file of this "project" "jpath" was
the original proposed name for "jxpath".  Without my
having to dig through the relevant archives (lazy),
does anyone recall what went down, and does anyone
know any reason why we can't blow dormant/jpath away? 
We can keep the history if we want, I just don't see
much reason to keep this confusing structure around...
